- Gently spread the mask on your face and leave to dry 15 minutes.

Why it works?
We LOVE turmeric for its super powerful anti-septic and anti-inflammatory properties. It will not only rid your skin of all those little undesirables hiding there but will also soothe dry skin and help reduce acne spots and puffy eyes!
Aloe Vera is also a very potent ingredient to use in home-made natural cosmetics. While it is well-known for treating burns and blemishes (goodbye acne scars!), it is also packed full of vitamin A and C, both super foods for the skin.
Ah, lemon, what would we do without lemon? We have it in the morning with a bit of warm water to promote healthy digestion but here, we love its ability to even out our skin tone and tighten up our pores. Also one full of vitamin C, lemon will help keep your oh-so-gorgeous healthy look.

Why it works?
Honey is one of our favourite ingredients in the kitchen. Spread over yogurt or granola, used to sweeten a cup of tea or even serving as a substitute to sugar in baked goods, the stuff is not only delicious but also totally healthy! Better known for antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties (beware, Corona!), honey also has some pretty amazing hydroscopic properties, meaning it will help retain moisture from the air and lock it into your skin. Love it? We definitely do!
Coconut oil is one of those ingredients to have gotten a ton of press in the past few years and it definitely still remains a staple in our kitchen (and bathroom!) cabinet. It is FULL of fats that will provide nourishment to your skin. Even for those of us who tend more towards an oily skin type, coconut oil will help break down the excess oil, leaving your skin better off than it initially was!
So, which mask will you test first?
